Our Philosophy

We give members of the project the opportunity to take an integral role in the development and day to day organisation of the project. We are all recognised as equal and each individual has the opportunity to make a valued contribution to the group.

The Project is designed to meet the needs of Adults with Learning Disabilities, Complex needs and Autism. We aim to change people’s expectations of themselves by using a person centred approach, to encourage each individual to develop independent, social and work skills with a real sense of control and purpose. We support people to set realistic and measurable targets with clear outcomes, which enables them to realise their potential. ​
